All business decisions are handled locally which gives us the advantage of producing faster business transactions. We feel that being a locally owned business gives us the advantage when we are placing a candidate on a job since we are familiar with the Augusta area. Another advantage of being locally owned is that our placement counselors have the flexibility to create a proposal for our clients that is custom designed to suit their needs. We do not have some corporate entity that approves our decisions, fees, etc. We also have an accounting department that is adjacent to our office and handles the payroll for our temporary employees and the billing for our clients. Therefore, if there are any problems with the paychecks or billing, immediate adjustments may be made. Satisfaction to both our employers and employees is our main goal.
